Government Notification (Effective from April 1,2021)

The first step is to register the complaint. Report a problem with your vehicle, by registering we will ensure that roads are safe. India, at present, follows a voluntary vehicle recall policy, and this is likely to be a part of shift towards mandatory vehicle recall policy.
MoRTH will be performing the screening, analysis, investigation and lastly recall of the vehicle, based on the complaints received. Kindly refer the FAQs for updated information on the recall provisions.
